Notice regarding the request for the legalization of the illegal building Murić Nadija

Notice related to your request No. UP0403-901 of July 12, 2018, for the legalization of an illegal building, we inform you of the following:

Considering your request, this authority determined that your request is incomplete, and that you are in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure ("S1. list of Montenegro" number 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/17), and in connection with articles 154, 156 and 158 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Building Construction ("S1. List of the Republic of Montenegro" No. 64/17, 44/18, 63/18, 11/19 and 82/20), obliged to within 45 days submit to this Secretariat a certified report on the survey of the completed state of the built object made by a licensed geodetic organization and a record of the existence of the object in the cadastral records, i.e. an extract from the cadastral records.

If you do not submit the requested documentation within the deadline, please note that the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje will reject your request as irregular, in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure (»SI. list of the Republic of Montenegro No. 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/17).
