Based on Article 14 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 75/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje

that DOO "JELA KOMERC" from Rožaj submitted a request number: UPI 06-322/21-559 dated September 17, 2021, regarding the need to prepare an Elaboration on Environmental Impact Assessment for the "Sports and Recreational Complex in the Jela Ethno Resort" project , on cadastral parcels no. 2705/1, 2692/1 and 2693 KO Rožaje.

The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 6) every working day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting from September 21, 2021. years.

Interested authorities and organizations may, within 5 (five) working days from the day of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
