that Šutković is Mersad from Rožaj, decision number: UPI 06-322/22-123/1 dated 04/19/2022. of the year, which determines that it is not necessary to prepare the Elaboration of Environmental Impact Assessment for the agricultural holding and the facility for the accommodation of agricultural machinery on the cadastral plot no. 768 KO Radetin.

In the decision-making process carried out on the need to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment Elaborate, it was determined that there is no need to prepare an Elaborate.

Instruction on legal protection: An appeal against this decision can be filed with the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted through the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje.
