Notice related to Hasić Bajram's request for the legalization of an illegal building

Notice related to request Hasić Bajram No. UPI 06-333-431 dated 12/31/2021. year, for the legalization of an illegal object, we inform you of the following:

Considering the request number above, this authority determined that the request number above is incomplete, and that you are in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure ("SI.list CG" number 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/17 ), and in connection with Article 154, 156 and 158 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings ("S1. List of Montenegro" No. 64/17, 44/18, 63/18 and 82/20), you are obliged to submit within 45 days to this Secretariat, a report on the survey of the completed state of the built object prepared by a licensed geodetic organization and a record of the existence of the object in the cadastral records, i.e. an extract from the cadastral records, was certified to this Secretariat.

If you do not submit the required documentation within the deadline, please note that the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje will reject the said request as irregular, in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedures 20/15, 40/16 1 37/17).
