Notice related to the request of Honsić Mehmed

Notice related to the request Honsić Mehmed no. UPI 06-333/21-165 from 05.05.2021. year, we inform the following:

Considering the request, this authority determined that it is irregular, and that you are in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure (Official Gazette of Montenegro 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/17) in connection with Article 156 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings (»Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 64/17, 44/18, 63/18, 11/19 and 82/20), obliged to within 15 days from the day of receipt of this act, submit to this Secretariat a certified report on the survey of the completed state of the built object made by a licensed geodetic organization and a record of the existence of the object in the cadastral records - that is, an extract from the cadastral records.

If you do not submit the requested documentation within the deadline, please note that the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje will reject the above request as irregular, in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure (SI. list of Montenegro No. 56/14, 20/15 , 40/16 1 37/17).
