Notice related to Kalac Mahmut's request for the legalization of an illegal object

Notice related to your request No. UP0403-979 dated July 16, 2018, for the legalization of an illegal building, we inform you of the following:

Considering your request, this authority determined that your request is incomplete, and that you are in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure ("Official Gazette of Montenegro" No. 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/17), and in connection with articles 154, 156 and 158 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings ("S1. List of Montenegro" No. 64/17, 44/18, 63/18, 11/19 and 82/20), obliged to Within 45 days, submit to this Secretariat a certified study of the completed condition survey of the built object made by a licensed geodetic organization and a record of the existence of the object in the cadastral records, i.e. an extract from the cadastral records.

If you do not submit the required documentation within the deadline, please note that the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje will refuse Your request as irregular, according to Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure (» SI. list of the Republic of Montenegro 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/17).
