Notice related to the request of Škrijelj Nedžad for the legalization of an illegal building

Notification related to the request Škrijelj Nedžada no. UP0403-1254 of July 17, 2018, for the legalization of an illegal building, we inform the following:

Considering the request number above, this authority determined that the request number above is incomplete, and that you are in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure (SI.list CG" number 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/17 ), and in connection with articles 154, 156 and 158 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Building Construction (Official Gazette of Montenegro 64/17, 44/18, 63/18, 11/19 and 82/20), obliged to within 45 days, submit to this Secretariat a certified report on the survey of the completed state of the built object made by a licensed geodetic organization and a record of the existence of the object in the cadastral register
records, i.e. extracts from cadastral records.
If you do not submit the requested documentation within the deadline, please note that the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje will reject your request as irregular, in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure (S1. sheet of the Republic of Montenegro No. 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 1 37/17).
