Notice related to Ferid Zećirović's request for the legalization of an illegal building

Notice related to the request Zećirović Ferida no. UP0403-1212 of July 16, 2018, for the legalization of an illegal building, we inform the following:

Considering the aforementioned request number above, this authority determined that the request number above is incomplete, and that you are in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure (Official Gazette of Montenegro 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/17 ), and in connection with Article 154, 156 and 158 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings (S1. List of Montenegro 64/17, 44/18, 63/18, 11/19 and 82/20), are obliged to within 45 days, submit to this Secretariat a certified elaboration of an example of the constructed state of the constructed object made by a licensed geodetic organization and a record of the existence of the object in the cadastral records, i.e. an extract from the cadastral records.
If you do not submit the requested documentation within the deadline, please note that the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje will reject your request as irregular, in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure ("SI. list of the Republic of Montenegro No. 56/14, 20/ 15, 40/16 1 37/17).
