da je Nurković Asmiru iz Rožaja, donijeto rješenje broj: UPI 06-322/20-406/2  od 21.12.2020.godine, kojim se utvrđuje da nije potrebna izrada Elaborata procjene uticaja na životnu sredinu za poljoprivredno gazdinstvo i traktor ,,SOLIS  model  S26 4WD“  sa priključcima na kat.parceli br 787  KO Ibarac I, opština Rožaje.

In the decision-making process carried out on the need to prepare an environmental impact assessment report, it was determined that there is no need to prepare a report, as well as that no negative impact on environmental segments is expected during the implementation of the project.

Instruction on legal protection: An appeal against this decision can be filed with the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted through the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje.
