Ešef Husić's defense question from the XXI regular session of the SO

At the XXI regular session of the SO, BS councilor Mr. Ešef Husić, on the basis of Article 66 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly, asked a committee question that reads:

We are going to meet on September 30, the Day of the Municipality of Rožaje Municipality, where almost 90% live Bosniaks. In addition to the state flag, will you display the national flag of the minority Bosniak people on public buildings, as provided for in the Law on the Use of National Symbols of Minority Peoples, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 55/2000?
