Defense question of Zejnel Klimenta from the XX regular session of the SO

At the XX regular session of the SO, BS councilor Mr. Zejnel Klimenta, based on Article 66 of the Rules of Procedure of the SO, asked the committee's question which reads:

Does the Ministry of Finance, which approved the proposal for the 2013 Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje, have information that the obligations from 2012 and the sources of funds from which those obligations will be paid in 2013 are not shown. Who is responsible for clearly deceiving councilors, citizens and the Ministry of Finance by providing incorrect information in the proposed Budget, and will they take any action against that person?
