Postponed public discussion regarding the consideration of the Draft Decision on the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2021.
On the basis of Articles 5, 13 and 14 of the Decision on the manner and procedure of participation of the local population in the performance of public affairs ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro" - municipal regulations No. 12/16), the Secretariat for Finance and Economic Development of the Municipality of Rožaje provides the following

ON THE CONSIDERATION OF THE DRAFT DECISION
ON THE BUDGET OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROŽAJA FOR 2021
In view of the emerging epidemiological situation of the corona virus pandemic in the municipality of Rožaje and in compliance with the measures of the Government of Montenegro - NCT (national coordinating body for infectious diseases), which refer to the ban on public gatherings, we inform the citizens of the municipality of Rožaje, non-governmental organizations, other interested subjects and communities , that we are not able to organize a public hearing regarding the consideration of the Draft Decision on the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2021, which is scheduled for November 19, 2020. starting at 10:00 a.m. in the small hall of the Cultural Center (library).
For the stated reasons, we inform the citizens of the municipality of Rožaje, non-governmental organizations, other interested entities and communities that the deadline is extended until 25 November 2020 based on the submission of remarks, proposals, suggestions on the Draft Decision on the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2021.
We inform the citizens of the municipality of Rožaje, non-governmental organizations, other interested subjects and communities to give their contribution electronically and by mail in considering the Draft Decision on the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2021 until November 25, 2020.
