A public hearing on the preparation of the "Local studies of the Hajla-Štedim location" was held.
Today, in the hall of the National Library, a public discussion on the preparation of "Local studies of the location of Hajla-Štedim" was held.
The study was done by Arhidesign from Rožaj, Juginus DOO Belgrade and Juginus Mont DOO Bijelo Polje.
Nazim Čolović, representative of Arhidesign, addressing the audience, said that the main goal of the preparation of the Local Study of the location "Hajla-Štedim" is to create spatial planning and formal legal assumptions for the designed economic development of distinct natural potentials, spatial scope (Rusolija, Štedim, Ahmica, Bandzov and Hajla), and the creation of a corridor that functionally connects this area with the center of Rožaj. Čolović stressed the advantages of the subject environment, untouched nature, wild beauty, and climate, which provide the opportunity to see the area as a location that represents the highest quality mountain tourist site in the Rožaj municipality.
By the way, the Local Study of the Hajla-Štedim location covers 4,300 hectares, of which 1,600 hectares will be built, i.e. it will contain ski resorts, base stations, catering facilities, road infrastructure, mountain lodges, cabins and other facilities that form an integral part of the regional winter tourist center, which will studios have about 1,600 beds.
A multidisciplinary team composed of representatives of Arhidesign Rožaja, Jugius Belgrade, Jugius-Mont from Bijelo Polje, SIMM engineering and Simes engineering from Podgorica took part in the development of the site study.
