The municipality of Rožaje distributed school supplies to the first-year students

The municipality of Rožaje is to the children who will in the school year 2021/2022. in the year to attend the first grade of primary school allocated school supplies in the amount of 30 euros.

Representatives of the local self-government, led by Vice President Ismet Kalač, visited the "25. maj" and "Balotiće" and distributed accessories to the champions. There they also spoke with the acting directors of those educational institutions, Senad Tahirović and Fehmija Feša Dautović.

Kalač, on behalf of the Municipality of Rožaje, congratulated all students on the beginning of the school year and wished them to be successful and disciplined students. He also noted that the local self-government, by purchasing school supplies for first-year students, aimed to make it easier for parents to start the school year, especially since this is a financially challenging period for almost every household in Rožaje.

321 students were enrolled in the first grade of elementary schools in Rozaj this year. The Municipality allocated nearly 10,000 euros for the purchase of school supplies. The same amount of money last year was used to buy textbooks for the champions.
