The municipal team invites citizens to stay in their homes

The municipal team for monitoring the implementation of temporary measures to prevent the spread of the infection caused by the corona virus, led by the President of the Municipality Rahman Husović, works day and night to monitor the current situation and the relationship of institutions and individuals according to the rules that are valid from the moment of their adoption.
The municipal team, which was formed with the aim of being at the service of the citizens during the period of temporary measures, has already defined the Work Plan and in the course of the following week will further intensify its activities, which will include a wide range of activities - from providing advice on protection against the virus to transporting food and medicines on the territory of the entire municipality.
Data from the field show that the citizens of Rožaj have so far shown a high degree of responsibility when it comes to the prevention of infection and that they try to follow the instructions coming from the addresses of the National Coordination Body and the Institute of Public Health. We are particularly pleased that, according to the information so far, there are no accidental infections in Rožaje.
Nevertheless, the increase in the number of infected people at the state level obliges us to an additional level of responsibility and caution when it comes to social contacts.
We once again advise the owners of establishments for the sale of food products and their employees to take into account the number of people who shop at the same time in their stores and to react in a timely manner if there is a crowd and some of the temporary measures in force are violated.
Dear citizens, on this occasion, we once again invite you to follow the rules even more consistently in order to prevent the spread of the epidemic, because that is the only way we can resist this health challenge. Therefore, stay at home, protect yourself and the health of people in your community.
