The first independent exhibition of paintings by the author Amina Ademagić was opened
Last night, September 21, the first independent exhibition of paintings by author Amina Ademagić from Rožaj was opened in the city gallery CZK "Hilmija Ćatović".
Biography:
Amina Ademagić was born in Rožaje. "Mustafa Pećanin" Elementary School and "30. September" she ended up in her hometown. In 2009, she graduated from the Teacher Training Faculty of the University of Belgrade in Novi Pazar, as well as in 2012 in Belgrade, where she earned the title of Master Teacher.
Amina showed her talent for painting in elementary school, and a more serious interest in this field appeared two years ago, when she started painting "for her soul" and her friends.
She continued her further training in the studio of the academic painter Aldemar Ibrahimović, M.Sc., where in a year of intensive work, under the mentoring supervision of Professor Ibrahimović, she managed to master the painting technique (oil on canvas), when Amina's first works of art were created, which deserved to be presented at to the first independent exhibition in Rožaje.

"Amina reduces natural forms to clean painted surfaces, often framed by a contour line of varying intensity and color quality. In some pictures, the line has assumed the function of modeling. It does not describe, but generally denotes the object as much as is necessary to express its basic idea."
Mr. Selma Đečević, a theorist of contemporary art, says about Amina's painting, among other things:
"Her landscape goes beyond the rough perception of reality, which we can highly qualify as the value of her painting, especially if we take into account the fact that this is an artist whose first independent presentation. Her maturity. Concepts of art are reflected in simplified representations of nature - the canvas here is a synthesis of objective reality and projection in the imaginary".
