The fifth regular session of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly was postponed until November 28

The fifth regular session of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly, which was supposed to take place today, was postponed to Wednesday, November 28. in 2018. This was decided at the Collegium of the presidents of the parliamentary clubs, the parties that participate in the Rožaj parliament, and after a break requested by the Bosnian Party's parliamentary club at the beginning of the session.
The councilors were supposed to consider the financial reports of companies and institutions founded by the Municipal Assembly, for 2017, with proposals for the work plan for 2018. These materials were supposed to be considered at the beginning of this year, but due to the crisis of the legislative power, that is, the impossibility of securing a quorum. for work and decision-making in the Assembly, and then the holding of local elections, are now on the agenda of the assembly session.
The session of the Assembly began with the application of the new Rules of Procedure of the SO, according to which the determination of the quorum was made by the roll call of councilors.
The member of the SDP, Faruk Agović, asked whether it is possible to reformulate the 11 points of the agenda, on the financial reports for 2017 and the work plans for 2018, of companies and institutions, whose founder is SO, bearing in mind the fact , that it is the end of the eleventh month of 2018? Agović also asked, will the adopted reports and plans oblige those responsible to fulfill and implement them?
The President of the Assembly, Almir Avdić, replied that the SO should, by law, give approval to the plans and reports and that the materials were submitted to the Assembly in March of this year. In companies and institutions, Avdić said, they worked according to those plans during the current year.
Ruždija Kalač, member of the DPS, proposed to discuss the reports and plans of companies and institutions in the package, and to vote separately.
The member of the Social Democrats, Alen Kalač, asked the question, is it possible to adopt all these reports and work plans of companies and institutions without the presence of the president of the municipality of Rožaje?
After that, a ten-minute break was requested by the councilor club BS. During the break, the other presidents of the clubs that participate in the work of the Assembly were contacted and agreed to postpone the fifth regular session to Wednesday, November 28, so that the president of the municipality, Ejup Nurković, would also attend the session.
