Rožaje mountain bike race 2013

In order to promote mountain biking, the Tourist Organization, in cooperation with the municipality of Rožaje, the Cycling Club "Ahmica" and the Cycling Association of Montenegro, is organizing a demonstration sports race on Friday, June 14.

The gathering of the participants is scheduled for 10 a.m. in front of the Tourist Organization, from where the cyclists will start and cross the 10-kilometer route that ends at the Ibar Spring.

Those interested in participating in the race from Rožaj can register at the premises of the Tourist Organization, and they will be joined by participants from other cities in Montenegro.

In addition to the affirmation of mountain biking, the goal of this sports and recreational event is to valorize the natural and ecological potential of Rožaje, as well as to encourage a healthy lifestyle.

Participants are asked to have technically correct bicycles.

The organizers will provide lunch packages and appropriate socializing for all participants.

The mountain bike show is being organized in Rožaje for the second time. Last year it gathered around 50 participants, and judging by the interest, this year's will have a much larger number of competitors.

The technical organizers are the Cycling Association of Montenegro and the Ahmica Cycling Club from Rožaj.
