Based on Article 14 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 75/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje

that "TOFI" DOO from Rožaj submitted a request for a decision on the need to prepare an environmental impact assessment report for the facility: Asphalt production plant-asphalt base, on cadastral plot no. 1374 KO Rožaje.

The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 6) every working day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting from April 11, 2022. years.

Interested authorities and organizations may, within 5 (five) working days from the day of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
