Submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 80/05), the competent authority of the municipality of Rožaje:

• It informs interested authorities, organizations and other interested public that a request has been submitted for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment, with accompanying documentation from the project holder Enes Nokić, for the service activity of the car service, on the cadastral lot 131/1 KO Ibarac I.
• The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 11) every working day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting on May 24, 2019.
• Interested authorities and organizations may, within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
