Submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 80/05), the competent authority of the municipality of Rožaje:

• It informs interested authorities, organizations and other interested public that a request has been submitted for deciding on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the project "Construction of sewage network and waste water treatment plant in the municipality of Rožaje".
• The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Planning, Landscaping and Environmental Protection (office no. 11) every working day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting on April 24, 2019.
• Interested authorities and organizations may, within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
