Submitted a request for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment

It informs the interested authorities, organizations and other interested public that a request has been submitted for deciding on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the project "A business facility intended for the collection, purchase and processing of forest fruits, the purchase, processing and placement of mushrooms and medicinal plants, the purchase of raspberries and other types of berries and berry fruits with primary processing-freezing".

The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 6) every working day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting on March 4, 2020.

Interested bodies and organizations may, within 5 (five) working days from the day of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
