Visit of members of the NGO Montenegrin Cultural Network
The President of the municipality of Rožaje, Ejup Nurković, on Friday (March 20, 2015) hosted representatives of the NGO Montenegrin Cultural Network, which continues the My Love Montenegro campaign, which aims to promote national symbols. Their actions aim to familiarize young people with state symbols. The president of the NGO, Aleksandar Damjanović, expressed his satisfaction that the local administration of Rožaje takes care of young people and strives to create new jobs, which he sees as a good way for Rožaje to stop being a city from which to leave.
The local self-government of Rožaje supported the project of this NGO, and according to President Nurković, the work of non-governmental organizations that contribute to the development of the city and the education of young people will be supported by the Municipality of Rožaje.
"We see non-governmental organizations as great helpers in development towards European goals, their role in society will become stronger and young people should be involved in designing various projects and be more active in this sector during their education and later. Good ideas always find a way to come true, now European funds are also generous donors, we just have to be more active using modern means of communication and follow all competitions in the country and abroad." said the president of the municipality of Rožaje, Ejup Nurković.
