VISIT TO THE DIPLOMATIC MISSION OF AZERBAIJAN IN MONTENEGRO

The President of the Municipality of Rožaje, Ejup Nurković, accompanied by the President of the Assembly of Rožaje Husein Kurtagić, Dr. Amer Halilović, advisor to the President of Montenegro, and Amela Kalender, coordinator for the development of projects in the Cabinet of the President of the Municipality, visited the advisor of the diplomatic mission of Azerbaijan in Montenegro, Mr. Seyran Mirzazad, on 04.02. .in 2015 in Podgorica,

- President Nurković, emphasizing the importance of cooperation through various projects with Azerbaijan, greeted the adviser of the diplomatic mission of Azerbaijan. They used this visit to present the projects completed so far in various fields, which could be realized with the support of Azerbaijan. Dr. Amer Halilović pointed out the very successful cooperation with Mr. Mirzazada so far, stressing that it can be strengthened by joint actions for the benefit of our peoples.

- Mr. Mirzazada expressed great support for the initiative shown by the municipality of Rožaje. He emphasized his personal and professional satisfaction to see that the municipality of Rožaje gathered a team and set up a system for the development and coordination of projects, which is the only way to successfully attract grants and investments. Mr. Mirzazada explained the situation in Azerbaijan this year due to the drop in oil prices, so the assistance of the Government of Azerbaijan is limited, believing that there are no obstacles in attracting businessmen to Rožaje. He emphasized the possibilities of cooperation, especially in the field of fruit growing and agricultural production. He promised that the second Cultural Center of Azerbaijan in Montenegro will be opened in Rožaje, because one already exists in Bar.
