VISIT OF THE CHIEF INSPECTOR FOR STATE ROADS IN THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND MARITIME

The president of the municipality of Rožaje, Ejup Nurković, today received the chief inspector for state roads in the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs, Abdić Ednan, and inspector Safet Crnovrsanin. The director of the Directorate for Construction and Investments, Mirsad Džudžević, also attended the meeting.

At the working meeting, all the problems on the road infrastructure of the municipality of Rožaje and the methods of repairing them were presented. After the working meeting, the delegation visited the crisis points of the road infrastructure, where landslides occurred, as well as places where traffic was stopped for certain periods, such as the case in Besnik, the town of Kremeštek not far from the Zelenski bridge and on the bypass. The delegation also visited other roads of regional importance, and Mr. Abdić made a report on the condition of the roads, which will be forwarded to the relevant Ministry and Directorate for Transport of Montenegro.

It was jointly stated that local and state authorities must expeditiously solve problems on the roads, in order to reduce the risk of accidents and improve the quality of the road infrastructure.
