Visit to the Board of the Rožaje Islamic Community

The President of the Municipality of Rožaje, Ejup Nurković, with a delegation consisting of the President of the Assembly of Rožaje - Husein Kurtagić, Vice President of the Municipality of Rožaje - Idriz Nurković, Chief Administrator - Redžep Kurbardović, Head of the Cabinet - Ismet Kalač, Head of Protocol - Mensur Kalender, visited the Board of the Islamic Community today Rozaje. The delegation of the Municipality of Rožaje was received by the President of the OIZ Rožaje Ernad ef. Ramović, chief imam Rejhan ef. Hot, OIZ secretary Ramiz ef. Lubider, Eldin ef. Pepić, Rahman ef. Nurković and Amer ef. Dautovic.

Considering the notable results of the activities of the Islamic Community, the delegation of the Municipality of Rožaje was interested in information about the work of the Board of the Islamic Community, as well as the problems that this Board faces in its work.
It was jointly stated that OIZ is an example of an institution that works for the welfare of its people in all fields.

"A strong, unique and advanced Islamic community is of general interest, and the Municipality of Rožaje will make its selfless contribution to the improvement, strengthening and preservation of this very important institution," said the President of the Municipality of Rožaje.

In view of the fact that OIZ Rožaje addressed previously completed projects to the local administration of Rožaje, this was also an opportunity to deepen the discussions, in order to reach common solutions for the general and common good of the citizens of Rožaje.
According to the representative of OIZ Rožaja, this visit is an important step towards improving the cooperation of two institutions, whose goals coincide, where both institutions represent the service of citizens, in order to enable the creation of a better environment for the life and survival of our citizens.
