that DOO "LS-990" from Rožaj, adopted decision number: UPI 06-322/22-54/2 dated 25.02.2022. year, which determines that it is necessary to prepare an environmental impact assessment report for a business facility - a factory for the production of pellets, on cadastral parcels no. 549/1, 550/4 and 550/6 KO Koljeno I, Rožaje municipality.

In the decision-making process carried out on the need to prepare an environmental impact assessment report, it was determined that the preparation of the report is necessary.

Instruction on legal protection: An appeal against this decision can be filed with the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted through the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje.
