President Husović - Dr. Bajrović: The final outcome of the epidemic will depend on the discipline of citizens

President of the Municipality of Rožaje Rahman Husovic he spoke with the primarius today Dr. Husko Bajrović on the current epidemiological situation in Montenegro and the implementation of temporary protection measures against the corona virus established by the National Coordinating Body.

In the introductory part of the meeting, the interlocutors expressed their satisfaction with the fact that there are no confirmed cases of infection in Rožaje so far, and jointly pointed out that the final outcome of the new situation will largely depend on the discipline of the citizens and their attitude towards the recommendations of the authorities.
Primarius Dr. Husko Bajrović praised the cooperation between the local self-government and the Health Center, as well as the communication between other services and institutions that are responsible for the activities of the Municipal Team for Protection and Rescue.
It was also said that the Health Center has a sufficient amount of protective equipment and disinfectants.
President Husović said that, following the work of all actors involved in the fight against the corona virus at the local level, he concluded that the doctors and medical staff at the Rožaj Health Center are ready to react at any moment in accordance with the rules of the Institute for Public Health and that it is good that from the first day of adoption of temporary protection measures, a special team was formed to monitor the epidemiological picture in the municipality.
The municipal team for protection and rescue implements all the activities foreseen in the Work Plan in order to protect citizens from the epidemic. In times of pandemic, people's health comes first, so all relevant social entities must do their best to overcome the current health challenge and minimize the negative effects that accompany it, is one of the conclusions from the meeting.
