President Husović and Minister Osman Nurković discussed the current health situation

President of the Municipality of Rožaje Rahman Husovic he received today with the associates of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs in the Government of Montenegro Osman Nurković.
President Husović introduced Minister Nurković, who is also a member of the National Coordinating Body for Infectious Diseases, with the activities of the Municipal Team for Protection and Rescue so far and presented the Plan of Activities that the body will implement in the coming period. The first man of the Municipality also praised the efforts that the Government is making in order to equally help every municipality and therefore every person in the country.
"Disinfection of public areas, residential and other buildings is carried out continuously. The municipality procured disinfectants and the National Coordinating Body provided us with a significant amount of protective equipment. In accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health, we have reserved a facility for quarantine purposes. Employees in the services that are responsible for the activities carried out by the Municipal Team do their best to be at the service of citizens 24 hours a day. The cooperation between them is excellent, and at any moment we have all the information from the field, and we react accordingly", President Husović said in a conversation with Minister Nurković, adding that he is sure that the citizens of Rožaj will strive to completely and fully comply with the protection measures established by the National Coordination Body.
Minister Nurković said that Montenegro is a serious country that takes care of every citizen and that it responded to the pandemic caused by the corona virus in a timely and effective manner. In addition, Nurković told the citizens of Rožaj that the Government of Montenegro has excellent cooperation with the local self-government of Rožaj, which, as he said, will not be absent even during the current health challenge. Also, Minister Nurković called on the citizens to respect the temporary protection measures, to avoid any gatherings and unnecessary outings, because in this way, as he assessed, they will most effectively protect themselves and their families.
During the meeting, President Husović and Minister Nurković, in which the secretary of the Secretariat for Economic Development and Finance Ismet Hadžić, the secretary of the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection Rusmir Džudžević and the head of the Service for Development Projects Fikret Kuč, also participated, discussed investment projects that will be started and realized in the territory of Rožaj.
