President Husović addressed the diaspora: The thoughts of the citizens of Rožaj are with you

Dear fellow citizens who live and work in the countries of Europe and the world, I would like to address you and express my concern for your health and the health of your families at a time when the infection caused by the corona virus is becoming more and more widespread.

These days we are witnessing devastating data on the number of people affected by the virus who come from countries where our diaspora also lives in significant numbers. Although Montenegro is also facing the same problem, for now to a lesser extent, I want to tell you that the thoughts of the citizens of Rožaj are parallel to yours and that we share common fears and hopes that the current wave of the health crisis will soon weaken. Also, I want to thank you for the selfless support you provide us even in these moments.

I remind you that throughout history, people from these areas have successfully resisted various challenges, both political and economic, as well as those related to physical existence. I am sure that this global problem will not discourage us and make us powerless, because in the essence of our spiritual-collective being, a strong will, patience and optimism are embedded, which are a kind of shield against any danger.

I warmly greet you with the firm belief that we will emerge from this situation as absolute winners.
