President Nurković received the winners of the "Eumetria" quiz
The Presidents of the Municipality and the Municipal Assembly of Rožaje Ejup Nurković and Almir Avdić received the members of the winning team of the Eumetria quiz Almasa Husović, Aiša and Semina Kalač, with the mentor Mirsada Bibić Šabotić and the director of the Gymnasium "30. September" by Fejz Murić.
Congratulating the competition participants and the school administration for the results achieved in the competition, President Nurković said that work and acquisition of knowledge in various fields are guarantees for young people to be useful to themselves, their families and the community in which they live in the future. Nurković pointed out that he is proud of the successes achieved by students of the Gymnasium both in the field of formal education and in the sphere of extracurricular activities. The mentor of the winning team, Mirsada Bibić Šabotić, once again noted that the high school girls presented their school and Rožaje in the best way and concluded that their success should be a motive for young people to get involved in projects that will contribute to the improvement of their education.
The director of the Gymnasium, Fejzo Murić, thanked the representatives of the local self-government for the warm reception and expressed the hope that the students of that educational institution will continue to contribute to the affirmation of knowledge and fundamental values of Rožaj. After the reception, President Nurković presented symbolic gifts to the students.
Please note, the Eumetria quiz was realized by the CGE in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Television Vijesti, and was broadcast through 10 shows from the end of November 2018 to January 27
- years. The aim of the quiz was to contribute to the acceptance and legitimacy of the process of European integration in Montenegro, as well as to raise the level of knowledge, information and interest of high school students in the European Union, its way of functioning and public policy.
