President Nurković solved the problem of the location of the booster station
The "Ćosovsko vrelo" water pipeline, which will solve the issue of water supply for the residents of Gornja and Donja Lovnica, Klanac, Sređan, Ćosovica and Ramović, will be put into operation in mid-October and not at the end of September as was said recently.
As previously announced by the Public Works Administration, which is financing the project, the construction of the catchment and chlorination station for the construction of the eight-kilometer primary pipeline, as well as the distribution pipeline in Gornja and Donja Lovnica, Ćosovica and Ramovići, was completed in the past three years, with a total length of about 12 kilometers.
The president of the municipality of Rožaje Ejup Nurković, together with his associates, visited the area last week and, in a conversation with the residents of Ramović, resolved, as we were told, a months-long property-law problem that was an obstacle to the construction of a booster station for powering two hamlets, which delayed the opening of the water supply.
We remind you that the contracted value of the current works on the water supply network in the territory of Rožaj is close to 1.8 million euros, which the Government of Montenegro provided from the capital budget.
