THE PRESIDENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY VISITED LOCAL COMMUNITIES

The president of the municipality, Mr. Ejup Nurković, together with his associates, visited several settlements in four local communities and on that occasion talked with the locals.

                He visited the route of the road in the Halilovići settlement, where during the current construction season, work on this section is expected to continue and where tamping and asphalting of the said section will begin.

The residents of this local community praised the efforts of the local administration and said that with the construction of this road they expect a better connection and communication with the city, which until now has been quite difficult.

In the local community of Bukovac, he visited the milking cart farm of the "Ami-prom" dairy, which is one of the most modern in the Rožaje municipality. He also visited the facility where the opening of a modern dairy is planned, the activation of which will create new jobs, both direct and indirect, in such a way that the purchase of raw milk will be improved.

The President went on to visit the Dacići Municipality, the road from the highway to the cemetery, which is in a very bad condition and cannot be used for motor vehicle traffic. On that occasion, the locals were promised that the local administration would try to find a solution to rehabilitate this 800-meter road with joint funds.

In the area of MZ Lovnica, he visited the village of Honsiće, where they are currently drilling and constructing a total of six wells with a depth of 60 to 150 meters. In this way, uninterrupted water supply will be solved, especially in the summer months.

The president of the municipality, Mr. Ejup Nurković, says that the local administration has done a lot in the past period to improve the infrastructure in the area of the municipality of Rožaje and that this dynamic will continue according to the possibilities, all with the aim of creating better conditions for the lives of citizens. This dynamic may be slow in certain periods, but it is unstoppable, because every settlement and its residents have the same right to have a good infrastructure, which we are persistently working on, concludes the president.
