The oldest resident of the Rožaj municipality, Ešef Djozović, born in the village of Biševo 101 years ago, was visited today by the president of the municipality, Ejup Nurković, and with a modest monetary gift, wished him good health.
I am very glad that in our municipality we have people over a hundred years old. I sincerely wish you to live many more years and to be accompanied by good health. We want you to share this monetary gift with your grandchildren and great-grandchildren, said Nurković.
In the Djozović family, we heard that the oldest relative has eight children, 19 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, and that he was one of the 12 children his father had.
Ešef nam My father never worked in a government job, i.e. he was a farmer in the village of Biševo, where he was born, he was always engaged in animal husbandry and agricultural production and from that he supported his large family and educated his children, said Asim, one of his eight children.
Ešef has been married for 67 years to his wife Sherifa, who has already entered her ninth decade of life. He was a participant in NOB and bearer of the partisan monument.
