The president of the Rožaje SO, Almir Avdić, congratulated Eid al-Fitr

Dear fellow citizens, members of Islam, we are at the end of the chosen month, the month in which we become more humane, more moral and altogether better people. The fact is that this year Ramadan was special in many ways, however, and how mercy and charity were felt. In this month, we did not just abstain from food and drink, but we trained patience and discipline strengthened by the pandemic that swept the world, as well as the ordeal of the fire that we had in the territory of Rožaj. I believe that we have all passed the tests of trials and tribulations, as well as that we have been spiritually refreshed in this month and that as such, we joyfully welcome our holiday, i.e. Eid al-Fitr.
Let's use these Eid days as a manifestation of coexistence, friendship, renewal of family and neighborly ties and, above all, the values that have always adorned it. Let's share the happiness of Eid as a planetary value of togetherness, love and charity.
Finally, I would like to congratulate all believers, in Rožaje and the diaspora, on the coming Eid al-Fitr with sincere wishes that you spend it in the circle of your loved ones.
