The President of the Council of Rožaje Almir Avdić received a representative of the Embassy of Great Britain in Montenegro

President and Acting Secretary of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly Almir Avdić and Amer Dacić spoke today with Ivan Vukčević, political advisor at the Great Britain Embassy in Montenegro, who was visiting the Rožaje municipality. In addition to the current socio-economic situation in Rožaje, concrete forms of cooperation were also announced.

Vukčević expressed his satisfaction with the successful meeting. He also referred to the opportunity that Great Britain offers to Montenegrin university students to pursue postgraduate studies at certain prestigious universities in that country, with the benefits of scholarships, and noted that there is little interest in this field among young people from the north of Montenegro. .

After the meeting, Avdić said that the municipality of Rožaje is open to cooperation with all embassies in the country in order to reach an agreement on joint action in various social areas. At the same time, he told the higher education students to contact the British Embassy to consider offers related to postgraduate studies.
