For the first time in Montenegro, the Turkish organization "Sosyal Ben" awarded the aid project to the primary school in Biševo
The center recently came into contact through our expatriate in Turkey, otherwise a very successful businessman and philanthropist, Bedri Gul, an NGO with Sosyal Ben.
It is an international non-governmental organization that has representative offices around the world such as: Macedonia, Gambia, Nepal, Cambodia, Mongolia, etc.
The main goal of this organization is to provide children, in addition to academic, institutional education, and helpin order to acquire social skills and informal forms of education, which will help them in their later career.
They have a team of 350 volunteers, mostly students who work with children aged 7-13. They expressed their interest in expanding their activities in the territory of Montenegro, to our satisfaction, from all the Montenegrin schools, they have given their trust to us and our Elementary School "Milun Ivanović" in Biševo. And we owe the gratitude that our school was in the foreground to Mr. Bedry Gul, otherwise a man who is from our area. What is very important is that even though he moved away from Biševo a long time ago, he proved that he has not forgotten his birthplace. we sincerely thank you.
The head of the Center for International Cooperation and Diaspora, Fahreta Husović, first addressed the audience and opened the meeting, welcoming the guests in Turkish as a sign of attention and respect, and then pointing out her satisfaction with cooperation with such an organization and that out of all the Montenegrin schools, the project belonged to us. , ending with the message:
"We are all different, we all have different opinions and views on life, but we must have one thing in common: "Harmony, tolerance and joint action towards the goal", primarily with a healthy attitude. To justify our existence, to preserve the roots and dignity of our people.
We have a reason, because we are all one here and I am of the opinion that we should function "all for one - one for all" for a better tomorrow for all of us. Dear children, I am very happy that out of all the Montenegrin schools, you and your school are the ones that have been chosen to improve your education.
Then the president of the municipality, Ejup Nurković, addressed the audience in a short address, he welcomed the guests from Turkey and expressed his satisfaction with the cooperation with the Turkish organization. Then the representative of the Directorate for the Diaspora of Montenegro, Mr. Zoran Đukanović, as well as the director of Biševo Primary School Džibo Tahirović addressed the audience.
