Working meeting with representatives of the Republic Directorate for Transport

In the office of the President of the Municipality of Rožaje, a meeting was held with the representative of the Republic Directorate for Traffic, Mr. Dušan Kokić and Radenko Ostojić, the representative of the designer of the main project. II-phases of the city bypass.

With the presence of the president of the municipality, Mr. Ejup Nurković, and Mr. Bela Camić, representative of the Directorate for Investments and Development of the Municipality of Rožaje, the designer offered III variants of the future bypass. After the offered variants, it was agreed that the expert services of the Local Government should familiarize themselves with the proposed solutions in detail and that no later than Friday, 24.10. of the current year, inform the designer in writing about the selected variant, based on which the designer will make the main project.

Mr. Kokić also informed the president of the municipality that he will start with the rehabilitation of the main road, starting from the Špiljani border crossing all the way to the "green bridge".

The representative of the local directorate for investments and development, Mr. Belo Camić, suggested to the present representatives that the works should be started at the place near "Ganić petlje", a junction on the main road with the regional road Rožaje - Kula - Peć and the city center. It was proposed to build a footbridge over the main road Rožaje - Bać - Dračenovac, near "Kolorada", over which all students attending the Gymnasium and Secondary Vocational School pass daily, as well as all residents of the Banžovo brdo settlement.

The representative of the republican directorate for traffic, Mr. Kokić, stated that all these issues will be discussed at the next meeting with the director of the republican directorate for traffic Sava Parača, which will be held with the president of the Municipality of Rožaje, Mr. Ejup Nurković.
