Rožaj business zone before opening

Certain new jobs Last year, the local administration actively worked on the development of the future Business Zone, which is located in the "Zeleni" industrial zone and covers an area of 23 ha.

The space has been parceled out and the conditions for its use have been created, which include huge tax and administrative benefits for future investors.

The Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism is currently working on a Detailed Urban Plan for that locality, after its preparation, public invitations for the selection of business zone users can be launched, which will follow during the next year.

An agreement was reached with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management on the successive felling of the forest in that locality.

The business zone will be put into operation next year, which will significantly affect the development of Rožaj. Numerous new investments will mean the creation of new jobs for our fellow citizens, and additional income for the local coffers.
