Šabo Nurković: President Husović justified the expectations of the citizens with his previous work

The President of the Municipality, Rahman Husović, received today the representatives of the Association of Pensioners from Rožaj.

The president of that association, Šabo Nurković, informed President Husović about the future activities of their members. As announced, the 13th meeting of pensioners will be organized in Rožaje this month, if the epidemiological situation permits, a ceremony that will bring together a significant number of members of the third age from Montenegro and the region. Nurković praised the cooperation that the Association achieves with the local self-government and expressed the observation that the work of President Husović so far has justified all the expectations of the citizens.

During the meeting, President Husović said that the local self-government will continue to provide support to the Association so that its members have the opportunity to implement activities that contribute to the quality of life of all pensioners in the local community.

The Rožaj Association of Pensioners has around 2,500 members and is considered one of the most active in Montenegro.
