The basic court in Rožaje fined Aida Skorupan, a journalist from "ND" Vijesti, for publishing untruths.

The fabricated and untrue text was published by ND Vijesti journalist Aida Skorupan in the same newspaper on September 19, 2015, on page 31, and on the front page "For peppers for the winter in Peć with the official car".

The court established with undeniable facts that the wife of the mayor of the municipality did not use the official car owned by the municipality of Rožaje, brand Audi A4, registration number RO-CG001, nor did she travel to the municipality of Peć on that day, as stated on September 15, 2015 in the indicated text.

After the published text, the wife of the mayor of the municipality filed a lawsuit in the Basic Court, where she unequivocally proved that the journalist invented the text in order to harm the reputation and harm the mayor of Rožaje as well as the president's wife. After obtaining evidence from the Kula-Montenegro and Savine vode-Republic of Kosovo border crossings, neither the official car nor the person mentioned in the text entered that day.

It follows from this that the fabricated text and fabricated peppers will have to be paid to the giro account by ND Vijesti journalist Aida Skorupan within 15 days.

The goal of the lawsuit is to make her understand and to write only the truth and verified and objective information in the future.

Funds based on this lawsuit from Aida Skorupan will be paid for humanitarian purposes, namely the NGO LET'S MAKE LIFE EASIER FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
