Denial of the ND Vijesti article from October 28, 2014

On the occasion of the article published in "ND Vijesti" dated October 28, 2014 under the title "In Rožaje they work in non-existent places", we are addressing the public with the aim of informing.

In the mentioned text, the correspondent of ND Vijesti from Rožaj presented the incorrect information that the ad was announced according to the systematization of the previous government (DPS), since the new organization and systematization was not adopted. The local administration passed the Decision on the organization and way of working of the local administration of the Municipality of Rožaje on 15.10. 2014, and the same was published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro - municipal regulations no. 29/14 from 21.10. 2014, and the ad was published on October 25, 2014, from which it follows that it was published according to the new Decision on the organization and working methods of the local administration of the municipality of Rožaje.

It is also incorrect to state that Mirsad Džudžević works in a non-existent position, because the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on the Organization and Mode of Operation of the Local Administration of the Municipality of Rožaje published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations, no. 24/14 of September 3, 2014, the Agency for Investments was formed, which was abolished by the previous government and its competences were attached to the Secretariat for Spatial Planning, Communal Housing and Environmental Protection.

The information that Mensur Kalender works in a non-existent workplace is also incorrect, because the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on the Organization and Mode of Operation of the Local Administration of the Municipality of Rožaje published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations, no. 25/14 of September 11, 2014, established as a service of local government bodies - Service for protocol affairs.

In the end, we invite the correspondent of "ND Vijesti" to consult the competent authorities of the local government next time, and not to transmit misinformation from the street and thus misinform the public, so it is necessary to deny your allegations in the mentioned article that you published in "ND Vijesti " from October 28, 2014
