Based on Article 40 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. 02/18, 34/19 and 38/20), Article 48 of the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", number 38/18 and 16/21) and Article 68 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", no. 38/18 and 16/21)

3. ( THIRD ) REGULAR SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROŽAJE
The session will be held on December 27, 2022 (Tuesday), starting at 11 a.m., in the small hall of the Rožaje Center for Culture (reading room of the National Library).
I propose the following for the session
AGENDA:
- Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2023;
- Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the confirmation of the Decision on the allocation of funds from the permanent budget reserve;
- Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the appointment of a member of the Board of Directors of DOO "Komunalno" Rožaje.
