Convocation for the 6th regular session of the Rožaje SO

Based on Article 40 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. 02/18, 34/19 and 38/20), Article 48 of the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", number 38/18 and 16/21) and Article 68 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", no. 38/18 and 16/21)

6. (SIXTH) REGULAR SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROŽAJE

The session will be held on May 25, 2023 (Thursday), starting at 11 a.m., in the small hall of the Rožaje Center for Culture (reading room of the National Library).

I propose the following for the session

AGENDA:

1. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work of the President of the Municipality of Rožaje and the work of local government bodies and services for the year 2022;
2. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on real estate tax;
3. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on determining the prices of communal services for individual communal consumption of DOO "Komunalno" Rožaje (Price List);
4. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on amending the Decision on the appointment of the Rožaje Municipal Election Commission;
5. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Decision of the Board of Directors on the dismissal of the executive director of DOO "Sportski centar" Rožaje;
6. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Decision of the Board of Directors on the dismissal of the executive director of DOO "Vodovod i kanalizacija" Rožaje;
7. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the dismissal of a member of the Committee for Social Activities;
8. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the appointment of a member of the Committee for Social Activities.
9. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on salaries of local officials and employees in the municipality of Rožaje;
10. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on amendments to the Decision on the salaries of local officials in the municipality of Rožaje.
