Based on Article 40 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. 02/18, 34/19 and 38/20), Article 48 of the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", number 38/18 and 16/21) and Article 68 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", no. 38/18 and 16/21)

5. (FIFTH) REGULAR SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROŽAJE

The session will be held on March 2, 2023 (Thursday), starting at 11 a.m., in the small hall of the Rožaje Cultural Center (reading room of the National Library).

I propose the following for the session

AGENDA:

  1. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on Adoption of the Program of Investment Activities of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2023;
  2. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Work Program with the financial plan of the Provincial Museum "Ganića Kula" Rožaje for the year 2023;
  3. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on giving consent to the Work Program with the financial plan of the Rožaje Center for Culture for 2023;
  4. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on giving consent to the Work Plan and Program with the financial plan of the National Library of Rožaje for 2023;
  5.  Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Plan and Program of work with the financial plan of the JU Day center for children and youth with disabilities and difficulties in the development of the municipality of Rožaje for the year 2023;
  6.  Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on giving consent to the Work Program with the financial plan of the Rožaje Tourist Organization for 2023;
  7. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on amendments to the Decision on compensation for communal equipment of construction land;
  8. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on amending and supplementing the Decision on compensation for urban rehabilitation;
  9. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on exemption from payment of obligations based on real estate tax - agricultural land for the year 2023;
  10. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on amendments to the Decision on the amount of fees for the use of municipal roads in the territory of the municipality of Rožaje;
  11. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the sale of construction land;
  12. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the sale of construction land;
  13. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the sale of construction land;
  14. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the appointment of the Council of the Public Institution "Ganića Tower" Native Museum Rožaje;
  15.  Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on the appointment of the Council of the Public Institution Narodna biblioteka Rožaje;
  16.  Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the appointment of a member of the Board of Directors of DOO "Sportski centar" Rožaje;
  17.  Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the appointment of the Board of Directors of DOO "Ski centar Hajla" Rožaje;
  18.  Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on the appointment of a member of the Board of Directors of the Public Institution Day Center for Children and Youth with Disabilities and Difficulties in the Development of the Municipality of Rožaje.
