Based on Article 14 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 75/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje

that DOO "LS 990" from Rožaj submitted a request number: UPI 06-322/22-54 dated February 11, 2022, regarding the need to prepare an Elaboration on Environmental Impact Assessment for a facility for the production of pellets, on cadastral parcels no. 549/1, 550/1 and 550/6 KO Knee I.

The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 6) every working day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting from February 16, 2022. years.

Interested authorities and organizations may, within 5 (five) working days from the day of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
