Amer Dacic, rođen 19.02.1986.godine u Rožajama. Osnovnu i srednju školu završio je u Rožajama. Pravni fakultet u Podgorici završava 2009.godine i stiče zvanje specijaliste pravnih nauka- smjer pravosudni. Pripravnički staž obavio je u opštini Rožaje – Direkciji za imovinu.
Od februara 2015.godine radi u Službi Glavnog administratora do 17.08.2018.godine od kada obavlja funkciju sekretara Skupštine opštine Rožaje.
Od oktobra 2014.godine do decembra 2018.godine bio je sekretar Komisije za žalbe opštine Rožaje. Obavljao je i funkciju direktora fudbalskog kluba „Ibar“ iz Rožaja.
Predsjednik je Komisije za žalbe fudbalskog Saveza Crne Gore – sjeverna regija od 2017.godine. Bio je Član Sabora islamske zajednice u Crnoj Gori u jednom mandatu.
Licencirani je medijator Centra za alternativno rjesavanje sporova CG za građansku parnicu. Nalazi se na listi Uprave za ljudske resurse CG kao stručno lice za provjeru znanja iz oblasti službeničkih sistema. Oženjen i otac dvoje djece.

Secretary of the Assembly: organizes and takes care of professional, administrative and other tasks for the Assembly and its working bodies; prepares the session of the Assembly and its working bodies, takes care of the application of the provisions of the law, the Statute, the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and other acts regulating the way the Assembly and its working bodies work; organizes and manages the service of the Assembly, is responsible for keeping minutes, transcripts, processing acts of the Assembly and for publishing decisions and other general acts of the Assembly, assists the President of the Assembly in his work; perform other tasks in accordance with this Statute and acts of the Assembly.
