Asad Omerovic, born on April 18, 1980. in Rožaje. He finished his primary and secondary education in Rožaje, and he finished the Faculty of Physical Education in Priština.
He worked as a physical education teacher at the Junior High School "Donja Lovnica" from 2006 to 2007, and at the Junior High School "Balotiće" from September 1, 2013. He is a member of the karate club "Ibar" Rožaje, he was a player of the club "Ibar", as well as a player of the volleyball club "Ibar" Rožaje. He was the coach and founder of the "Rožaje" handball club.
He is married and the father of three children.
JP Sortski centar was founded by the Decision of the Municipal Assembly No. 1383 of July 10, 2006.
The main activity of the Company is the management and maintenance of sports facilities as well as:
- provision of services in the field of sports and sports recreation;
- providing services to competitive sports for the organization of sports events and training;
- provision of services to citizens and work teams in performing sports and recreational activities;
- organizing sports, cultural and public events.
JP "Sportski centar" Rožaje has a sports hall, a football stadium, an auxiliary football field as well as a field complex for small sports.
The sports hall meets the standards for the organization of sports events related to basketball, volleyball, handball, futsal, table tennis, judo, karate and other indoor sports.
The football stadium with accompanying facilities and auxiliary field meet the standards for holding all sports competitions.
The existing infrastructure as well as the construction of planned infrastructure facilities, the very location as well as the ideal altitude of 1140 meters represent a great potential for the preparation of sports teams.
