TWO OFFICIALS OF THE LOCAL ADMINISTRATION OF ROJAJA SUSPENDED

Kalač and Dautović suspended for abuse of position
Officials of Rozaj Local Administration, Dž. Dautović, independent advisor for communal services and environmental protection, and A. Kalač, advisor for spatial planning, were suspended from their jobs due to abuse of their official position. As the secretary of the Secretariat for Investments and Communal Affairs, Ešef Husić, announced, they were suspended because they issued two building permits registered under the same number for the RD facility as well as an inadequate permit for the solidarity building.
- In the first case, we are talking about the construction and reconstruction of the building located at the entrance to the Green Market, for which two building permits were issued, which were registered under the same number and opposite to each other. Namely, one building permit was issued for a building of 11.5×4 and the other has completely different dimensions, which violated a number of regulations from the DUP, and the property rights of other tenants in that building were threatened. The public interest is also at risk, because the building is placed on communal furniture, which significantly narrows access to the Green Market - said Husić, emphasizing that the DUP regulated that area in a completely different way.
- The architects abused their official position when it comes to the solidarity building, for which they also issued a construction permit contrary to Article 2 of the Agreement on the transfer of rights to the construction land, made between the Municipality and SSSCG. Several construction permits were issued for that building, including a permit for the construction of an attic, which was not provided for in the aforementioned contract. Finally, the commission that carried out the technical inspection for that building confirmed that it was about different, i.e. non-harmonized, dimensions according to which the building permits were issued in relation to the actual condition - said Husić, who said that Kalač had in the meantime submitted his irrevocable resignation from his duty.
Husić said that the Basic State Prosecutor is also interested in this case and will act in accordance with his powers.
