"TOFI" is building a new kindergarten building in Rožaje
The appeal period for the start of the construction of the kindergarten building in Rožaje has passed and the contract for the construction of the facility is expected to be signed within the 10 days stipulated by law.
In the public procurement procedure, the Public Works Administration, as the contracting authority, passed the Decision on the selection of the most favorable offer, by which the company doo "TOFI" from Rožaj was chosen as the most favorable bidder for the contractor. The deadline for performing the works will be specified in the Contract.
The value of this investment is about 1.5 million euros. The project envisages the demolition of the old building of the kindergarten "Boško Buha" and the construction of a new one. The total area of the building is 1,228.31 m2 and will contain three levels (basement, ground floor and first floor).
The premises of the existing state kindergarten in Rožaje, with a capacity of about 70 places, are occasionally remodeled in order to create a more favorable environment for children, however, the conditions in which the preschool education process takes place are far from standardized.
The new building will, according to expectations, create adequate spatial conditions for a quality stay and upbringing of children and additionally motivate parents to enroll their children in kindergarten.
